In 2012, a pivotal insight changed her direction-she realized she could live from a deeper, softer feeling. Drawn to understand more, she trained with One Thought and fell in love with working with people.<\/p>\n<p>Now Partner and Director at One Thought, Lila helps organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals thrive from a clearer state of mind. She lives in London with her partner, Aaron Turner<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aaron Turner, PhD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Founder and partner at One Thought<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aaron moved from a research position at Brunel University to an internship at Pransky and Associates in 2010, when it was a counselling practice focused primarily on couples. Over the ten years Aaron was there, its work with businesses grew, and he ran the practice for three years. During his time there, he spent time with Sydney Banks and was certified by him.<\/p>\n<p>In 2010, he founded One Thought with Mara Gleason, where his focus has been on working with leaders and organisations, as well as supporting and developing practitioners. Since 2016, he has run One Thought with Lila Turner.<\/p>\n<p>Aaron was a founding board member of the 3PGC and served as board president.
