Terms and Conditions

Welcome – and thank you for considering working with me. Below you’ll find the terms and conditions that apply when purchasing and participating in services and programs offered by Myndal Fogtmann.

General

These terms apply to all services you purchase from Myndal Fogtmann unless otherwise specified for a particular product.

My offerings may include:

• 1:1 sessions (single or as part of a series)

• Online courses (live or pre-recorded)

• In-person workshops and events

• The Shine Your Light Circle membership

• Individually tailored mentorships

Payment and pricing

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through platforms such as Thrivecart via Stripe. Bank transfer is also possible by agreement.
Some services may be available with installment options – this will be clearly stated on the registration page.
If you need a different payment arrangement or would like to inquire about a partial scholarship, you are always welcome to reach out.

Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

1:1 Sessions

You can cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made later or missed appointments are not refunded.

Prepaid sessions must be used within 2 years from the date of purchase.

If you purchased a package (e.g. 3 or 5 sessions), these are non-refundable. However, if you cancel a scheduled session on time, it will not be counted as used and will remain available within your package.

Workshops, events and courses

There is no automatic right of withdrawal on in-person events or courses. However, your spot may typically be transferred to someone else. Sometimes there is a waiting list – otherwise, you are welcome to pass your spot on to another participant.

In some cases, it may also be possible to join a future group instead. Please reach out if this applies.

Online live courses

When purchasing a live online course, the service usually begins before the withdrawal period ends, and you will therefore be asked to give explicit consent for the right of withdrawal to be waived at the time of purchase (see text on the checkout page).

Pre-recorded online courses

As you receive immediate access to all materials, the right of withdrawal is forfeited in accordance with Danish consumer law.

Membership (Shine Your Light Circle)

When signing up for the membership, you immediately receive access to the video library and learning platform. Therefore, your registration cannot be withdrawn, but you can cancel your membership at any time at least 7 days before your next billing date by writing to dorthe@myndalfogtmann.dk.
Billing takes place monthly on the same date as your original sign-up.

Mentorships

For individually tailored mentorships, a personal agreement is made regarding the content and payment terms. These custom services are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Changes, Cancellations and Force Majeure

In rare cases, it may be necessary to change the date, location or platform – for example, due to illness, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances. If so, you will be notified as early as possible.

Myndal Fogtmann cannot be held responsible for any additional costs participants may incur in connection with travel, accommodation, or similar due to such changes.

Disclaimer

The services I offer are of a personal and spiritual nature and are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, psychological support, or legal advice.

You participate in sessions, courses, and programs at your own responsibility and are expected to take full ownership of your process and choices.

Copyright and use of materials

All materials – including videos, written content, reflection prompts, and exercises – are protected by copyright.
You may not copy, share, or distribute the materials without prior permission – unless they are already publicly available.

Support and access

If you experience technical issues, feel free to contact me. I provide support for both Thrivecart and Monotree, which also offer their own help systems.

Access to course materials and recordings is typically available for the duration of your participation, or up to 1 month after the program ends – unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Your information is handled with confidentiality.
