At Myndal Fogtmann we value the right to privacy and always make an effort to only collect the information needed to ensure a smooth customer experience and for our systems to run as effortlessly as possible. Thus, we only collect the data needed to deliver our services, collect payments and run statistics to help us improve the customer experience.

  • Login credentials and access logs for course platforms (Thrivecart Learn and Monotree)

  • Audio and video recordings from live teaching sessions where your image or voice may appear

  • Provide access to digital course content and materials via our platforms (Thrivecart Learn and Monotree)
  • Improve our services and customer experience
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting rules)

Tools and processors we use

We use the following services to manage your data:

  • Microsoft 365 – email and file storage

  • Calendly – appointment scheduling

  • Zoom – video meetings and sessions

  • Thrivecart (including Learn platform) – checkout, user account creation, and hosting of course content

  • Monotree – delivery of course content through user login (no payment processing)

  • MailerLite - newsletter for subscribers and e-mails for course participants

  • Stripe – payment processing (via Thrivecart)

  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn – communication and marketing

All our data processors act under data processing agreements and in accordance with the GDPR.

Data retention

  • Personal data related to purchases are kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year to comply with Danish accounting law.

  • Other data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for providing our services or ensuring good customer service.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct any inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your data (unless we are legally required to retain it)

  • Object to the processing of your data

  • Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability)

If you appear in recorded teaching sessions, you will be informed in advance. You can request deletion or anonymization of your contribution, if technically feasible and not in conflict with legitimate interests (e.g., shared learning content).
